Breakthrough - The Finish Line

I feel that God is telling me that he is giving us a calm in the storm right now, so despite what "things" we think need to be done today, we need to take some real special time to be in the Presence of God and press into that Breakthrough that He has for us. It is around the corner. In fact we can see it ..

But, God also wants me to let you know that we are going to experience that Final Big Shake, EarthQuake very soon! So, Hold onto Jesus! Keep your eyes Focused on Him! Together as a Body of Christ we will get through this last Shaking!

As I was focusing on this word, I had a picture that I believe God gave me in relation to this. The picture was in sepia colour and I could see a hand with a stone, a very perfect shaped stone with no ruts or holes. In the distance but not too far, there stood a Giant. As I looked, I saw him laughing and mocking us. But our hand remained still and confident holding onto the stone ready to strike at the right time. I could see a sign behind the Giant BUT that picture was in colours and it said BREAKTHROUGH and there were people there holding it clapping and cheering us on at what appeared to be a finish line.

The sepia colour picture at the beginning I believe is representative of us dying to our selves, to a humble and repentant heart. I believe God is saying the colours at the end symbolizes a newness, all restored, what has been taken captive released.

Ok so, I believe God is saying that we are ready! He sees our hearts and He has asked us to do things for Him in obedience just like David did. There is opposition in our way, ahead that we are experiencing because we can see it. But, we are in Position that is where the hand remaining still and confident comes into place.

"So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth." (1 Samuel 17:48-49)

If you can imagine a GIANT in your mind, when he comes at you he is gonna shake that earth. But we are sooo ready, sooo ready! And it might be terrifying, but God has given us the confidence to remain still, to stay in position, to focus our eyes on Him and He will be the perfect stone that we hold onto. I believe God is saying the people in colour holding the sign BREAKTHROUGH and cheering and clapping are the encouragers that God has put into each of our lives. To experience breakthrough, there MUST be a FINISH LINE! See it!

He is the perfect stone we hold onto and trust. And He will be slung at that Giant and He will be glorified at the finish line for He Overcomes all!
